If you don't agree, don't use the Site. These terms cover the Site itself; a signed engagement with us for marketing services is governed by that engagement's own agreement, not this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
